PRACTICE MANAGER
NATALIE
Natalie is our fabulous practice manager. In addition to keeping everyone on the team organized, she is excellent at managing insurance, billing, and coordinating treatment for our patients. She started as a dental assistant in 1999, and she moved into management to help make the dental visit a positive experience all around. Natalie lives with her daughter along with their dog, Fergus, and cat, CreeCree. When not at work, she loves to read, travel with her boyfriend, and meet friends for wine. She loves building relationships with our patients, and she’s looking forward to meeting each and every one of you!
FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
KELLY
You will see Kelly’s smiling face at the front desk as you check out after your appointment. Kelly has been working in the dental field for over 16 years, and she loves making patients smile and feel comfortable in our office. She is always happy to answer your questions and make sure your visit is a success. At home, Kelly has 2 beautiful daughters, a wonderful husband, and their German Shepherd named Nala. Born and raised in Reno, she loves taking advantage of all that the area has to offer. Fall is her favorite time of year, as she loves to spend time outdoors with family and friends, and she enjoys the cooler air while taking Nala for walks.
INSURANCE COORDINATOR
HEATHER
Heather has been working in the dental field since 2011. She loves dentistry because it allows her to interact closely with our patients, building relationships and making everyone feel comfortable in the office from the moment you walk in. Heather also loves the impact that we can have as a patient achieves a healthy smile and their confidence grows. She loves working with our team, and we are fortunate we found her!
When not working in our office, you will surely find Heather enjoying the outdoors: camping, fishing, hunting, but especially at motocross! Heather and her husband act as the pit crew–mechanics, medics, cooks, photographers, and overall supporters–for their two teenagers who get their adrenaline fix on the dirt track. Their three dogs keep them company and even busier!

SUNNY
Sunny, a native Nevadan, has been practicing for over 20 years, so you are in great hands when you visit her for your dental cleaning. Sunny earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Oregon Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude. She loves being part of a loyal team and enjoys getting to know each and every one of you. Sunny is married and stays busy with her teenage son, a Boston terrier named Reggie, and a bearded dragon named Rex. She likes to ride around the mountains in their side-by-side, mainly in the in the Hawthorne area, where she grew up. When she’s not baking or scrapbooking, you may find her swimming with sea turtles in Maui.

KENDRA
Kendra is passionate about helping patients meet their dental health needs. After spending three years as a dental assistant, Kendra decided to attend dental hygiene school, graduating from Oregon Institute of Technology in 2003. If you are feeling anxious about your dental visit, she will put you at ease and talk you through your appointment step-by-step. Kendra also loves educating young people about the importance of starting off right with good oral care.
Kendra grew up in the Reno/Sparks area, and she is now raising her three kids here as well. She loves the proximity we have to Tahoe and makes time to hike, horseback ride, and read. She and her family love to camp and explore new places by setting out on road trips.

JODI
Jodi’s career in dentistry began over thirty years ago. Starting as a janitor, then a dental assistant, she graduated from hygiene school in 1998. Jodi loves the relationships she builds with her patients and enjoys playing an important role in their oral health. When she and her family moved to Nevada, they became patients in our office, and we were later lucky enough to have her join our team. Jodi, her husband, three kids and two dogs love the Reno area for its beauty and outdoor opportunities in all four seasons.

NOEMI
You will find Noemi assisting our doctors during your dental procedures. Noemi’s love for helping patients is what drew her to the field, and her motivation is making sure patients have an extraordinary experience. Whether you are here for a quick procedure or have a bigger case, her goal is always to make sure you have a pleasant appointment and walk out the door with a smile. Noemi loves the small town feel of Reno, the proximity of Lake Tahoe, and having her close family nearby. She loves spending time with her fiance, Connor, and their two Australian Shepherds, Ellie, and Tucker. When she’s not working, you may find her out hiking and spending time with family, friends, and of course, her dogs.

ZANDRO
Zandro has been a dental assistant for over 18 years, and you will be in good hands when he is chairside during your procedures with Dr. Jamie or Dr. Logan. He feels best when patients leave the office happy and satisfied. Zandro is always smiling and ready to help out our team and our patients. Zandro and his wife, two boys, and dog love Reno because of its tight-knit feel and its proximity to Lake Tahoe and the Bay area. Kayaking and paddleboarding are some of their favorite family activities.
